WARRANTY
At City Bicycle Company we stand by the bicycles we build and offer a standard one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects on our frames and forks as well as a six-month warranty on non-consumable parts. Consumable parts are classified as tires, tubes, handlebar tape, grips, paint and brake pads as they are subject to daily use and are not warrantied by our company.
In order for your warranty to be valid, you must provide proof of professional assembly from your local bike shop. The machines we build can only perform at their optimum efficiency when adjusted and tuned by a professional. We highly recommend you take your new bicycle to your local bike shop to become more knowledgeable about your bicycle in general. This will always benefit you in the long run. Knowledge is power.
We take all warranty claims seriously so if you do have something that's bothering you feel free to shoot us an e-mail at support@citybicycleco.com and we'll try to work something out with you. We're all human and we make mistakes so we work each situation on a case by case basis. We're in the business of helping each other and want to help you help us succeed in the future.
