Return & Exchange Policy
At City Bicycle Company, we believe that honesty is the best policy and mistakes are made all the time by good people. We believe that once you've purchased one of our bicycles, you're family and its our job to do everything in our power to make sure that we stay that way. That means we work each situation on a case-to-case basis offering legendary support for our bicycles.
If you're unsatisfied with your City Bicycle Company bicycle, we are pleased to announce a complimentary no questions asked 7-day return policy. As long as the bicycle is still in its original packaging and can be mailed back to us the same way it was mailed to you then we'll take it back. In order to get the full refund or to process an exchange, the bicycle must be returned in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase.
If we messed up by sending you the wrong bike, then we'll cover all shipping charges so that you pay nothing. If for any other reason you don't want your bike and its not because of our mistake, we kindly ask that you help pay the return shipping cost. We're a small business and every little piece helps.
Once we receive your return shipment and have inspected it to our standards, we will immediately sent you an e-mail letting you know about the status of your refund. Usually, we send refunds immediately and you should receive it back in either your PayPal or credit card statement within a week.
In some rare and extreme cases, you may experience a longer-than-usual delay on your refund. If this happens to be the case and you haven't received your refund in excess of one week, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can figure out the solution to the problem immediately.
If we accidentally mail you the wrong product, we'll pay for the return shipment back and send you the right product right away. Please e-mail us first at email@example.com for the exchange details and mail the item back to:

We are only responsible for shipping charges if we ship the wrong product to you. If you are returning your bicycle for other reasons then the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges. If you receive a refund, we will also ask to deduct the amount of shipping in your refund.
